Guidance for working through guilt, anxiety, and feelings of isolation.
Tools for coping and adjusting to the difficult new reality and reconnecting to your sense of meaning.
You’ll share where you’re at, ask any questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Begin Your Personalized Journey
Some clients schedule weekly sessions, but in early days of grief, some want more frequent meetings. Others might reach out long after their pet has passed and want to explore deeper healing.
There’s no right or wrong way to do this—we follow what feels right for you.
Step 3:
Ongoing Coaching at Your Pace
Most clients meet with me once a week, but you’re always welcome to shift your frequency as our work unfolds.
We’ll work to understand your most pressing issues and build tools to help you cope and heal. Some people work with me for weeks, some months, some longer. Grief has no timeline – your healing happens at your pace.
