Grief support for individuals, couples and families.
Find comfort & meaning with others.
Many people find comfort and support in connecting with others who are also grieving, especially because the loss of a pet is often misunderstood, stigmatized, or isolating. Sharing space with others on this difficult journey can foster a sense of belonging, validation, and healing.

Group Support:
6-week grief group: $450/per person ($75/session)
Typical 75-minute group sessions include:
Sharing stories – Creating space to honor and remember your beloved pet by sharing memories, photos, and the unique bonds we had with them.
Understanding grief – exploring the grieving process, including the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of pet loss, and validating all experiences.
Coping tools and rituals – learning about healthy ways to navigate grief
Moving forward with love – discussing how to carry the love and legacy of our pets forward, and finding hope and meaning
You’ll share where you’re at, ask any questions, and we’ll see if meeting in a group will best serve your needs.
Step 2:
Grief Group
Once the group has formed, we’ll coordinate to find a meeting time that works best for everyone and schedule our first session.
Before we begin, those who wish to are welcome to share a photo of their beloved animal with the group as a way to honor and introduce their companion.
Step 3:
Group Meetings
We’ll meet at the same time each week, and you’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
Some group members may choose to share actively, while others may find comfort simply by being present and listening. However you choose to engage, there is no pressure—your experience in the group is entirely your own.
